Glüxkinder Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Glüxkind Technologies Inc. (“Glüxkind,” “we,” “us,”, “Our” or “the Company”) offers customers ( “You” or “Referrer”) the chance to earn rewards by referring friends (“Referee’s or Referred Friend”) to try the Glüxkind Smart Stroller. By joining the Glüxkinder Ambassador Program (“Program”), You can earn rewards for successful referrals.

By participating, You agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), along with Glüxkind’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to these terms, You may not participate. Additionally, participation must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By creating a unique Customer Referral Link, You are confirming that You have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, in Our sole discretion. If We make changes to these Terms, We will update them here and notify You via electronic means, which may include email. It is important that You review the Terms whenever modified, because Your continued participation in the Program after such notification is Your affirmation that You agree to be bound by the modified Terms. Some parts of the Program may be managed by third-party administrators.

 

1. Definitions

  • Customer Referral Link means the Referrer’s unique referral link generated pursuant to the program.

  • Referred Customer, Referee, or Referred Friend means a person or corporation who arrives at the Glüxkind.com and purchases a Glüxkind smart stroller via Your Customer Referral Link. 

  • New Customer means a person who has never previously purchased a Glüxkind stroller previously including under any previous email, shipping address, or billing information.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who have purchased a Glüxkind Stroller and have an active Glüxkind account.

  • The Referee must be a New Customer who has not previously purchased a Glüxkind Stroller.

  • You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

  • The Program is intended for personal referrals only. Bulk distribution, mass emailing, paid advertising, posting on coupon or deal websites, or any other promotional tactics intended to broadly disseminate referral links beyond direct personal sharing are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit the program through unauthorized promotional methods may result in disqualification/permanent removal from the program.

  • We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If Your referred friend completed an order but You did not receive a reward, the referral may have been flagged for review due to suspicious activity.

3. Referral Rewards

  • Rewards are payable via PayPal.

  • There is no limit on the number of Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year.

  • The referrer is responsible for any tax liability resulting from referral rewards.

  • If the referrer’s order is canceled or refunded, they will not be eligible for referral rewards and will be removed from the Glüxkinder Ambassador Program.

  • Referral incentives will not be paid if the referral links or codes are shared on public coupon websites or deal-sharing platforms.

    • Repeated violations will result in permanent removal from the Glüxkind Referral Program.

4. Reward Redemption

  • The $50 discount is automatically applied at checkout when the Referee uses the referral link.

  • Referral rewards are processed 50 to 70 days after the referee's Stroller has been successfully delivered.

  • Referral rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of being credited, or they will be forfeited.

  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

  • To redeem Your rewards, please email referral@Glüxkind.com.

5. Restrictions & Limitations

  • Referrers must have an active PayPal account to receive referral rewards. Glüxkind is not responsible for any PayPal account restrictions or processing delays.

  • Self-referrals (using Your own referral link to purchase another Stroller) are not allowed.

  • Referrers cannot refer to household members or individuals living at the same address.

  • If a Referee cancels or returns their order, the Referrer will not receive a reward.

  • Glüxkind reserves the right to cancel or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.

  • Upon Glüxkind’s request, Referrer will identify to Glüxkind each place where Referrer has used its Customer Referral Link, including links, screenshots, and email sends. With each link, email or marketing advertisements that Referrer displays on behalf of Glüxkind, Referrer expressly agrees to abide by Glüxkind’s Term of Service which are in effect at that date and time.

  • Referrer will not send, post, transmit or otherwise place its Customer Referral Link, or any Glüxkind content, including Glüxkind’s name in connection with any materials, sites or otherwise that

    • (i) will generate or facilitate unsolicited bulk emails;

    • (ii) will violate, or otherwise encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others under the laws of any jurisdiction;

    • (iii) is for an unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;

    • (iv) contains obscene or pornographic content; and/or

    • (v) harasses or has a tendency to harass persons. 

6. Program Modifications

  • Glüxkind may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Glüxkind will update these terms on this page to reflect any change.

  • Glüxkind reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Friend and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Friend attempts to use the Glüxkind Ambassador Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

 

7. Compliance with Laws

  • Referrer agrees that it will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licensing and registration requirements, or other requirements of any governmental authority with jurisdiction over Referrer and the Program, including all federal, state, or other applicable laws governing:

o   (i) marketing and affiliate marketing email, communications, and services, such as the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other anti-spam laws;

o   (ii) data privacy and security, such as the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and other data protection laws; and

o   (iii) anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the UK Bribery Act (the “UK Act”), the Singapore Prevention of Corruption Act (“PCA”), the Mexico General Law on the National Anti-Corruption System (“GLAR”), the Canadian Corruption of Foreign Officials Act (“CFPOA”), and all other applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws.
