Always use Glüxkind-approved chargers. Read more about battery here.
Is that a camera on the handlebar? Or are there cameras on the stroller?
Yes. Glüxkind uses a parent-facing camera to support features such as user authentication and related smart functions (e.g. cruise control).

Can I use the stroller without a phone?
Yes. Your stroller can still be used without a phone.
Guest Mode can also be enabled when you want another caregiver to use it.
Does the stroller support the weight of an adult?
No. The stroller seat is designed for a child occupant only, within the stated weight limits for that model.
What should I do if the battery runs out during a walk? Does Rosa work without the battery installed?
If your battery runs low or runs out or removed, you can still use the stroller as a regular stroller.
You will also receive low-battery warnings before the battery is fully depleted, giving you time to head home or recharge.

The right setup depends on your child’s stage and your family’s needs. For compatibility details, please see our Car Seats page.

Rosa’s seat supports up to 22 kg / 50 lb. The lower basket plus storage pockets support up to 15 kg / 30 lb. The sleep-ready infant bassinet supports up to 9 kg / 20 lb, or until your infant can push up on hands and knees, whichever comes first.

Yes. Rosa is designed for real family life, which often means more than one caregiver.
Does Rosa need Wi-Fi or cellular service to work?
No. Rosa does not require Wi-Fi or cellular service for everyday stroller use. Some connected features may work best when your phone has service, but core stroller use does not depend on an internet connection.

Rosa’s frame is ready to go from unboxing. The bassinet and seat does require some initial setup when it arrives. We recommend following the product manual and setup guides for the smoothest first experience.
How long does it take to charge the battery?

Can I use Rosa in hot or cold weather?
Rosa is designed for real family life, including varied everyday conditions.
That said, extreme heat, extreme cold, heavy moisture, and road salt all call for added care. After exposure, clean and dry the stroller thoroughly, and follow battery storage and care guidance as needed.
AI
Are all Glüxkind strollers autonomous?
No. Not all Glüxkind strollers include autonomous features.
Some models may offer advanced hands-free or assisted capabilities, while others are designed around support, soothing, and intelligent safety features.
Can the stroller go somewhere on its own without me nearby?
No. Glüxkind strollers are designed to support caregivers, not operate independently without them.
A parent or caregiver should always remain nearby and in control.
Can I leave the stroller rocking automatically unattended?
No. A stroller should never be left unattended with a child inside.
Rocking and soothing features are designed to support you while you are present, not replace supervision.
Can Glüxkind’s AI replace a caretaker?
No. Glüxkind is designed to assist caregivers, not replace them.
Our role is to make everyday family life feel more supported, more comfortable, and safer — while keeping the parent or caregiver at the center. We are here to help parents build connection with their little ones, not replace them.
What’s the difference between danger alerts and danger avoidance?
Danger alerts are notifications that draw your attention to a possible risk. Depending on the model, these may come through vibrations, lights, or sound cues.
Danger avoidance refers to model-specific systems that may respond to certain situations automatically when that feature is active.
In every case, the parent or caregiver remains responsible and in control.
Travel
Can I fly with the battery?
That depends on which battery system you have.
Full-size battery: not flight-compliant for carry-on because it exceeds the common airline limit for lithium batteries
Modular Travel Battery: designed for travel, with packs sized to meet common airline carry-on limits
Airline rules can vary, so always confirm directly with your airline before flying.
For more information on Batteries, please visit our Battery Safety Page.
Can I gate check or check the stroller when flying?
Yes. The stroller itself can typically be gate checked or checked, depending on the airline and your setup.
If you are traveling with a flight-compliant Travel Battery, the battery packs should usually be carried with you rather than checked. Always confirm with your airline before travel.
What can I do if my stroller gets damaged during transportation by an airline?
Damage caused in transit by an airline is not covered under the manufacturing warranty.
That said, our team can help assess the damage and provide supporting documentation if you need to file a claim with the airline.
How do I travel with the stroller?
We recommend protecting your stroller carefully when flying.
A dedicated travel bag is ideal. Until Glüxkind travel bags are available, many families use well-padded travel bags designed for similarly sized gear (e.g. bike bags). Contact us for details if you need help, we will do our best to assist.
Seat & Bassinet
Why does my seat or bassinet look a bit different from the images on the website?
Some product details vary by region to meet local regulatory requirements.
That means the version sold in your country may differ slightly from the version shown elsewhere.
I’m in the USA or Canada. Can I use the adjustable bassinet mattress feature?
No. In the USA and Canada, that feature is removed to comply with local regulations.
When should I switch from bassinet to seat?
As a general guide, your child is ready to transition when they can sit more independently and no longer meet the bassinet-use requirements.
The bassinet is intended for infants who are not yet able to sit upright unsupported, roll over, or push up on their hands and knees.
For many families, that transition happens around 6 months, though development varies from child to child.
Can I use the bassinet in my car?
No. The Glüxkind bassinet is not intended for use in a vehicle. When traveling by car, always use an approved infant car seat.
Car Seat
Do I need adapters to use a car seat with Rosa?
Yes. Rosa uses approved Glüxkind adapters for supported infant car seats. For the most current compatibility guidance, please refer to our Car Seats page.
Is it safe to use a pre-owned car seat?
We generally recommend using a car seat only when you know its full history.
If a seat has been in a crash, dropped, damaged, or stored improperly, its safety may be compromised in ways that are not visible.
Can I keep using the car seat after an accident?
As a general rule, no.
After an accident, a car seat may no longer perform as intended, even if there is no visible damage. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance and replace the seat when recommended.
Why is Glüxkind working with Clek?
We value partners who share our standards for safety, quality, and thoughtful design.
Clek is known for carefully engineered car seats and a strong commitment to child safety, which makes them a natural fit for Glüxkind.
Do car seats expire and how long can they be used?
Yes. Car seats have expiration dates.
Always refer to the label on your specific seat for the correct date and usage guidance.
Does the Rock-my-baby feature work with a car seat?
Yes, where supported. Rock-My-Baby works with compatible seating configurations designed for your Glüxkind stroller.
Always make sure your car seat and adapters are approved for use with your stroller model.
Cleaning & Maintenance
How should I care for my stroller in snow, rain, sand, or grass?
Glüxkind strollers are designed for everyday family life, which means they will naturally encounter weather, dirt, and varied terrain.
A good rule of thumb is:
clean gently
avoid abrasives
dry thoroughly before storage or reuse
After rain
wipe the stroller down with a dry cloth
dry metal parts thoroughly
if the stroller has been heavily exposed to water, let it dry fully before using it again
After snow or salted roads
remove snow and slush from the frame and wheels
wipe away salt or de-icing residue with fresh water
let the stroller dry indoors
After sand
shake or brush sand off before wiping down
pay close attention to wheels, axles, and moving parts
let everything dry completely
After grass, dirt, or everyday mess
brush off debris
clean gently with mild soap and a soft cloth
avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the stroller
Where can I find the washing instructions for fabrics?
Check the care label inside each fabric piece.
In general, Glüxkind fabrics should be spot cleaned or hand washed in cold water with mild detergent, then dried flat away from direct sunlight.
Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean unless the label specifically says otherwise.
Is my stroller resistant to salt water?
No. Salt water and salty residue can damage components over time.
If your stroller has been near the ocean or on salted winter roads, clean it thoroughly afterward.
How should I clean my wheels?
Use a brush first to remove dirt, sand, and debris.
For a deeper clean, remove the front wheels if needed, clean around the axle area, then wipe down with water and a soft cloth.
How often should I pump my tires?
Check tire pressure about once a month, or sooner if the tires look soft.
Inflate them to the pressure listed on the tire sidewall.
My tire has a puncture, how do I repair it?
Small punctures can often be repaired using a standard patch kit, much like a bicycle tire.
If the damage is more significant, the wheel may need to be replaced. If you are unsure, contact support and we’ll help guide you.
Ordering & Payment
Does Glüxkind offer payment plans?
At this time, Glüxkind does not offer payment plans.
I’m trying to place an order, but the payment is not going through, how come?
There can be a few reasons a payment does not go through.
We recommend:
checking your payment details
trying another card
waiting a few minutes and trying again
If the issue continues, please contact support and we’ll help investigate.
