This Earth Day, we're sharing how Glüxkind is building a smarter, more sustainable future—one stroller at a time. From reducing waste through multifunctional design to partnering with eco-conscious suppliers, every choice we make is rooted in care for our planet and the next generation.

Parenting with Purpose: How Glüxkind Honors Earth Day Every Day

At Glüxkind, we believe parenting isn’t just about raising children—it’s about shaping the future. And that future depends on the choices we make today.

As we celebrate Earth Day, we're reminded that sustainability is more than a buzzword. It’s a responsibility. One that starts with how we design, build, and deliver the tools that support modern families. From combining multiple baby gear essentials into one smart, long-lasting product, to partnering with suppliers who share our environmental values, every detail of the Glüxkind stroller is thoughtfully crafted with both your little one—and the planet —in mind.

Because the journey to a better tomorrow starts with the steps we take today.

One Stroller. Everything you need - and more.

One stroller that replaces many — Our smart design combines multiple baby gear essentials, reducing waste and simplifying your life - less time spent on researching products for you, more time to enjoy with your baby.

📦 Less packaging, smaller footprint — We keep shipping smart and recyclable, minimizing our environmental impact.

🛠 Built to last — Premium materials, thoughtful engineering and durable construction mean less replacement, more reuse, and a longer life cycle that promotes reuse across families.

♻️ Eco-conscious choices — From recyclable packaging to choosing responsible suppliers, we prioritize partners who share our values.

🔋 Energy-saving support — Our AI-powered stroller helps parents go further with less effort—so your energy is spent on memories, not muscle.

🧠 Always learning. Always improving.
Glüxkind is more than a product—it’s a philosophy. We’re committed to continuous learning and improvement, and we’re passionate about inspiring the next generation of designers and engineers to create with care. After all, the most important lessons we teach are the ones our kids learn from us, by being good role models of global citizens.

Our Why?

It’s simple - we do what we do and how we do it because our children are watching us. They learn from our actions and we want to lead by example. We’re raising the next generation, and they deserve a cleaner, greener world to grow up in.

Stroll #1 - Smart Strolls, Real Stories

If you’re looking for next-level tech to add to your parenting toolkit — you live on a hill or have a pup — this is so worth considering. The Rosa stroller brings serious innovation in a way that’s actually useful, not just flashy.

Episode 1: Melissa’s dog walking dreams come true

The Rosa stroller brings serious innovation in a way that’s actually useful, not just flashy.
— Melissa, SF mom

Let’s set the scene: I’m a mom to two sweet girls (ages 4 and 1) and a high-energy 2.5-year-old chocolate lab. We live at the top of a serious hill. I never thought I’d say this, but the GlüxKind Rosa stroller actually changed how I walk my dog — and made that daily chaos feel a lot more graceful.

What We Loved

Smart Assist = Hill Hero

Before this stroller, dog walks with a stroller were a hard no. My pup pulls, and I was always nervous. But with the Ella’s hill assist and braking tech, I finally had peace of mind. Walking up our big hill felt like gliding — no more hauling a 25-pound toddler in a carrier (bless that stage, but also… ouch). One time walking down the hill, my dog lunged at a bird and pulled me forward — but the stroller stopped itself mid-incline. It was amazing!

I’ve used the Uppababy and BabyZen Yoyo, but the Glüxkind stroller felt much more like a glide.

Sleek, Clean, Snack-Proof

This stroller looks good. It’s easy to wipe down, and the color hides all the snack crumbs and toddler mayhem like a pro. Plus, there’s great storage both at the top and underneath for all your stuff (and all their stuff).

The Ride is Smoother Than Our Uppababy & BabyZen

I’ve used the Uppababy and BabyZen Yoyo, but the Glüxkind stroller felt much more like a glide. It’s smooth, assisted, and honestly made walks more enjoyable — even when my dog tried to cut in front of the wheels (not recommended, but she’s still learning).

My Husband = #1 Fan

He called it the “Snoo on Wheels” and basically gave demos to strangers. People literally said “look, it’s one of those AI strollers!” He handled the app and loved showing off features. while having a lot of great features for every day use, it’s definitely also a head turner.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

It’s heavy. This isn’t the stroller you grab for a quick solo errand. I struggled getting it in and out of the car by myself. But! When you remove the battery, which you should to fold the stroller fully, it’s manageable. If you’ve got a garage or easy-access home, that’s the dream setup. I had two C-sections, so in the early days getting any stroller in and out of cars was not possible regardless of the weight. It’s just something to keep in mind.

Newborn rocking dreams

Since our girls are older and we don’t nap on-the-go much, we didn’t use Rosa to its full potential. BUT if you have a newborn or younger baby that sleeps in the stroller? You might fall in love with those extra features like rocking the baby, the white noise and the analytics on the app.

Final Review

If you’re looking for next-level tech to add to your parenting toolkit — you live on a hill or have a pup — this is so worth considering. The Rosa stroller brings serious innovation in a way that’s actually useful, not just flashy.

It’s not light, and it’s not for every errand. But it’s a major win for family walks, stroller pride, and that sweet spot where tech meets parenting reality.

Who is behind Villie?

Melissa Iftimie is a founder, nutrition expert, and advocate for moms. She has three girls—two humans, ages 4 and 1, and a 3-year-old chocolate lab. Through her company Villie, Melissa helps new and expecting moms get the support they want and need. Couple-time is important but tough to prioritize. Her advice? "We hire a babysitter every other weekend from 2-9, so my husband and I both have time to tackle our to-do lists and then come together for a date night!"

Melissa and her family also got to appreciate the support Glüxkind strollers provide as they “made dog walks possible” in their hilly neighbourhood. Read more about what she loved here.
